Hi, my name is Joe Cross, and I’m the new owner of Espresso Resource Northwest in Vancouver, Washington. I’ve spent most of my life fixing machines and computers. I first started out doing this as a hobby, made it my career in the US Navy for 6 years, then several more years since then repairing industrial equipment. All told, I’ve tallied up roughly 14 years of experience as a professional electronics and equipment technician, and am now using that knowledge and experience to continue Espresso Resource Northwest’s history of fixing your espresso machine the right way.

Due to extremely high demand for repairs, our current estimated turnaround time is 4 weeks. Our storage space for machines is full at this time and we may not have room for additional machines. We will hold your place in line and you can drop off closer to the date it will be repaired.
