Hi, my name is Joe Cross, and I’m the owner and sole employee of Espresso Resource Northwest in Vancouver, Washington. I’ve spent most of my life fixing a wide variety of machines and computers. I first started out during childhood fixing computers as a hobby, then repaired and maintained advanced weapons control systems in the US Navy for six years, then spent seven more years maintaining and repairing industrial equipment including: electrochemistry and water quality monitoring instrumentation, bulk chemical and gas delivery systems, clean room production robots, and high vacuum plasma etch systems, until I took ownership of Espresso Resource NW in 2018. All together, I’ve tallied up over 20 years of experience as a professional electronics and equipment technician, and am now using that knowledge and experience to continue Espresso Resource Northwest’s history of fixing your espresso machine the right way.
